At Luavella Medical, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask that patients provide adequate notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so that time may be offered to another patient.
Cancellation NoticeWe require a minimum of
48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Missed AppointmentsPatients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be charged a no-show fee.
Missed appointments prevent other patients from accessing care in a timely manner, and we appreciate your understanding.
Late ArrivalsIf you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This helps ensure that other patients are seen on time.
DepositsSome appointments or treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits may be applied toward the cost of treatment.
Deposits may be non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or if a patient does not attend their appointment.
ReschedulingWe understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
ExceptionsLuavella Medical may waive cancellation or no-show fees at its discretion in cases of illness, emergency, or other exceptional circumstances.
